I make sure the home is not broken in too I keep it clean and orderly I follow any and all requests left for me or discussed prior to ur departure i answer all communications from u the home owner truthfully giving u the home owner peace of mind knowing ur home is protected and cared for responsibly while ur away I also do repairs miner if needed and asked by u the home owner that I am capable of doing which is a wide variety from plumbing to painting as a plus I also follow instructions to a tee without fault and I respect ur privacy always nothing will ever b said about u or ur home by me ever to any one other then u the home owner not even to neighbors or relatives unless instructed to do do by u the home owner
