Hello and thank you for viewing my profile, I am new to the house sitting trend however I am a long time Boulder County resident who is an empty nester now, and I live a low key life style, meaning I practice "No Trace" experience, where your needs are met with low to no impact on your property. I am good with pets, and general house duties. I can live on site, or come by for daily, bi weekly, Weekly, bi monthly or monthly visits to check on your property, personal or business, as well as multiple locations. I also offer general maintenance at your request to comply with any HOA or city regulations. I am open to housesitting in counties such as.... Adams, Boulder, Broomfield,Weld, Jefferson, Summit. My schedule is flexible to your needs. So I would be able to "Sit" on scheduled dates as well as be an emergency contact if you're out of town. My rates are negotiable according to the job needed as well. I can work long term, or on an as needed basis.
