As long as I've known Kendra H, she's always been a hard-working, responsible individual. When we used to work together at Tesla, I got to know her as the goal-oriented, considerate, person that she is. As a quality specialist, she was always approachable to other coworkers and was incredibly patient when it came to answering any and all questions, especially from new hires. She was a reliable source of information at all times and proactively sought out answers to questions even if she didn't know herself. As far as merits go, she single-handedly created her own working quality-tracking software that identified areas of improvement for her coworkers. Despite all her accolades, she was humble in all of her accomplishments at work and always shared in her triumph with her team. Kendra is very professional, honest and dedicated. I have had her house sit several times when I have traveled on vacation. Jobs that she had performed for me include watching ther house, caring for our cats and dog, collecting mail and watering my plants. She always goes that extra mile whether it be having bathed the dog, or having a delicious treat baked for our return. I highly recommend her and plan to continue to use her in the future.
