House Sitter in Garland, Texas

Just a "young" fellow starting anew with a different type of experience rather than just working at fast food restaurants. I tend to be very focus whenever I set up a goal or duty, I also tend to strike for my 100% satisfaction when it comes to getting the job done. I would help around with: taking out trash, sorting or collecting mail, dishwashing, folding anything or keeping items at their proper place, dusting, mopping, sweeping etc. I am available mon-fri and any time It works with me as long as it's not at ungodly hours such as 4-6 am. The things I'd consider "special training" would be in the kitchen since I've worked with fryers/ filtering deep cleaning, other than that just basic house cleaning duties. Such as trash, mopping, sweeping and vacuuming. If I see or notice anything that isn't right I'll immediately contact the owner or household of the place and let em know, I will also come in with a sheet of mine to keep track on what I've gotta do.
