House Sitter in Los Angeles, California

Whether it be for business or pleasure, I will house sit for long periods of time. This could be for a few weeks to several months for homeowners who may need to travel for work, film shoots, residencies, or vacations. My schedule fills up quickly. Right now I am available to start September 6. Below is a general outline of duties, with the understanding that each residence or pet is different and can be adjusted based on the needs of the home. While you are away, I will stay on the property and be available with a quick text or phone call should you need anything, and if any emergencies arise, I will contact you immediately. A vehicle will be needed during the stay. In addition to taking care of your home, transitioning back home is just as important. For example having a fridge full of groceries and a full tank of gas are nice ways to welcome you back home. Home Care: light maintenance, cleaning, collectin******, weekly disposal of trash / recycling, or any other small tasks. Plant Care: watering indoor and outdoor plants, raking leaves, and collecting yard waste among the landscaping (on smaller properties). Pet Care: daily feeding (with medicine if needed), bathroom breaks outside, short walks as well as longer walks, and lots of play time. If you need a reference, please let me know.
