Service Abilities: I am comfortable doing property watching, collecting mail, taking trash and recycling out, cleaning maintenance (dusting, vacuuming, etc). I also have 5 years experience with maintaining chlorine pools and hot tubs. I am capable of testing the water and knowing which chemicals are low and how much to add, as well as skimming and vacuuming. On top of this, I have experience training pets. I have trained and grown up with dogs and cats my entire life. I have extensive experience in other pet care as well, which can be discussed on a case by case basis.
