I'm a new house sitter but a fast learner and good listener. I can follow instructions well and cater to whatever basic needs your house may require. I worked as an assistant for a few years, so I know the ins and outs of home security, as well as managing Airbnbs, so I know about taking care of properties. I can water plants, collect packages/mail, take trash bins to and from the street, as well as walk dogs, (I have a dog of my own), feed cats, etc. I am looking for part time work, primarily in the morning before 10am or after 5/6pm on weekdays and can be available on weekends with proper notice. I prefer to work in the LA area, in or around Hancock Park/Larchmont/Mid City. I've worked as an assistant in the past, so I understand client privacy, home security, and generally how to keep a house well-kept while the owners are away. I am vaccinated and can wear a mask at request.
