Who I Am: Hey my name is Shivani. I am a Wellness Entrepreneur harnessing the power of the mind-body through Yoga, Meditation, and Sound Healing. After working intense hours in the corporate world, I moved from California to Portugal to a community called Tamera, a biotope of mind-body connection, living in Harmony with Mother Earth to deepen my understanding of alternative medicine wellness and the holistic approach to healing the mind, body, and soul. I traveled the world learning different meditation techniques through working with Elite Trainers.
