I am a 36 year old homeowner, landlord and experienced innkeeper, who loves all animals! I am friendly, outgoing and honest, and know how to properly care for a home. I am adept at gardening, plant care and house repair, and love walking, running, biking and hiking (so if you have dogs they will be exercied regularly!). Since I was 21 I have owned multiple properties and have been landlord to countless tenants. Last year I sold my 1.5 acre home in Tofino, which I ran for five years as a multi-suite vacation rental. I am also a mom to a wonderful 3 year old boy, as well as step-mom to an awesome 10 year old girl. Currently I am studying for multiple property management and real estate licenses, so sometimes this momma just needs to get out of the house for a few days to get some quiet time to hit the books. For longer stays I would require that my son be allowed to join me when and if necessary, as I have not left him for more than a couple nights. He is a well behaved little boy and is very tender and gentle with all animals (or else I would never let him be around them). I am fully confident having my son in other peoples houses and have taught him the importance of respecting others property. I am happy to care for cats, dogs, fish, birds, chickens, rabbits, reptiles and rodents! I have a little experience with goats, pigs and horses. My current neighbour has sheep and we feed them regularly, but please dont ask me to shear them! ;) Please consider me for your next vacation!
