I live in Markham. Not sure if that’s too far from where you are?
I have managed my own home for over 30 yrs. I have owned a swimming pool so understand the regular maintenance they demand.
Also had many pets and love birds and animals. I’m a bit of a clean freak so plant care, garbage/recycle, vacuum etc are a part of my regular routine. I love gardening so property maintenance is available if required. My son is very handy so I will engage his mechanical skills when needed.
I am semi retired so availability is no problem.
