Nice to meet you! My name is Yvonne. I am a person with a disabilty, but not mobility impaired. I try to still be a productive, self sustaining member of society. For 7 years I've supplemented my income caring for elderly/disabled persons. I'm no longer able to lift them, but I need to have a purpose. And income. I'm very interested in housesitting which I'm able to do. All I do is stay at home, watch t.v. with my dog, so I thought, " hmmmm, I wish staying at home could pay the bills." Guess what? It turns out that around here, it can, lol." Well, not sitting around at my house, but sitting around at your house can. While I'm not able to travel the world, drink a Pina` Colada at the beach, or even just a little get away, or work away......YOU CAN! Because I can keep the homefires burning for you while you're gone. Wait, though, I live in Spicewood, and past and recent events put a negative context on fires burning, so suffice it to say, I can make sure it's known that your home isn't sitting empty while you're out of town. Take out the trash. Bring in the mail. Feed and love your pets. Even blow your leaves if the leaf blower isn't too heavy. So what do you say? Yes, I have a sense of humor. ☺ I am, however, serious about my responsibilities, needing to have something I'm able to do, as well as make some extra income.
