House Sitter in Honolulu, Hawaii

I have taken care of and maintained many leased spaces throughout my career, including the three homes I have owned, three businesses, and family pets and plants. I understand the need to be task-oriented, punctual, communicative, and responsible. I am a 25-year salon professional that has relocated to Honolulu, Hawaii. I have owned businesses and worked independently for the last 20 years, and am now looking for a low-key environment. My business ownership skills, love for plants and animals, and 20 years of caretaking for my home have taught me how to maintain and troubleshoot a multitude of different spaces. I can create a plan, follow specific schedules and guidelines, communicate regularly, and be upfront about concerns and questions. I also understand the importance of respecting other people's spaces and personal items. I am 45 yrs old and beyond the age of late nights and noise. I will be working at a salon in downtown Honolulu and I am looking for an environment that needs caretaking (yard, mail, trash, pets, etc.) and would like me to stay at their home so I can spend less time driving back and forth from my own home in Tantalus. I will also have a vehicle for transportation.
