Hello, my names Jo. I am a 60 year old retired RN and Real Estate Investor owning real estate in San Diego, CA, Chicago, IL and Orlando, FL. I am considering a move to NYC on at least a part-time basis and would like to experience the city to see if it's a good fit for me. I am clean, neat, responsible and have been a LANDLORD since 1993. I have rehabbed and flipped 35 properties and do the bulk of the rehab solo. I am very handy as well as responsible with heating/cooling/water usage. I will take good excellent care of your property. I do not smoke, rarely drink, watch minimal tv. I am an avid bike rider, walker and love to explore new areas. I am willing chip in for living expenses as well as provide housesitting services for you/your home.
