House Sitter in Rancho Mirage, California

I am 45 year old Female. Mother of 3. I live in Rancho Mirage. We moved here a year ago. 2 of my children are off to college. I am a licensed California Real Estate Agent with a backround check and live scan on file. I have transportation and valid Ca drivers License. I am currently not selling Real Estate in the Desert Area. Since moving here I miss being busy. I over see a rental condo in Rancho Mirage and do property checks for home owners who are away or have vacation properties/rentals vacant. I am available to supervise repairs, pick up mail, house sit, do property checks inside and out, and oversee rentals. A new request I have been getting is to check up on animals that are boarded or with pet sitters and to check on house keepers/cleaners to make sure job is done to clients satisfaction and that property is not being utilzed day or evening for for fun.
