House Sitter in La Cañada Flintridge, California

Hi I'm Lucia. Just tell me what you need for your house care. Base Pay is $50/day. Depending on what you need and how much of my time you require my price goes up. I charge an additional $15/day for cats and $30/day for mid-day drop ins/pets that require extra care or precise time constraints. With my base price I offer to take out the trash, take in mail, feed and walk pets (4-7am/pm morning and evening). I don't have the greenest thumb but if you tell me how to water your plants, I can manage. I do have minor cat allergies and for my health prefer not to work with them. But I do love the furry critters and they won't kill me. I am Highly Allergic to birds. Absolutely NO BIRDS!! I have house sat before. Client discretion is of the upmost importance to me, so no I will not be giving out any details on previous experience. I am clumsy but I'm organized. It's your house, your paying me to do things your way. Just keep me apprised of what it is you require.
