Hello,
I am a home owner in Etobicoke Ontario. I actually want a short term rental while my own home under goes a major renovation starting Spring 2017. I am a life long resident of Etobicoke with strong community ties. I will actually do all that is necessary to maintain your home and pay a fair market rent if it is available for about 8 months.
I thought I would try this as an option as I would prefer a home close to our project site. I am married and have an adult son who is living with his girlfriend and are both recent University Graduates.
