Personal Profile: Hello my name is Terry. I am available for house sitting positions anywhere in the central Connecticut area. My daily rates are on a sliding scale ranging from a minimum of $75 per day to $115 a day depending on your needs. The high figure would include walking a dog and schmoozing with her/him twice a day. I love all animals. I have impeccable credentials. Having just retired from the West Hartford Public Schools, I continue to teach one night a week at Tunxis Community College (psychology). Needless to say, police / fingerprint / background checks are pretty routine for me. The most recent one was just completed for the Town of Newington in early February 2020 so that I can substitute teach there. My rates are a bit on the higher end of the spectrum, but as you must know by now, you get what you pay for. If it's absolute peace of mind you're looking for, you will have it when you hire me. T.M.
