I'm Thomas, retired from active business and into a renovation on my 1,800 sq. ft. home purchased in 2004 on Swan Lane in Las Vegas NV. Unfortunately, my long time life partner, Phyllis Dooley passed away in January 2023. As a result, I've sold my house and moved back to Calgary, Alberta to rethink my life. After a time, friends in Las Vegas suggested I consider House Sitting during the winter months as I'm still attached to the city. I'm in excellent health and have no bad habits. I am responsible and have 19 years experience owning and maintaining a house. I'm available from November thru April and prefer longer term assignments.
