I an a year-round resident of Rancho Mirage with college age children and would be happy to help maintain your house in your absence. My base rate is $30.00/visit which covers mail collection/water plants/trash-recycling, which I can usually accomplish with in an hour or so. Pets, additional responsibilities incur a higher rate.Don't usually do overnights, but willing to discuss. A month or longer commitment can lower the base rate. Let me know what you need taken care of and I am sure we can work out a routine to cover your bases and give you peace of mind.
