House Sitter in Scottsdale, Arizona

Hi I'm looking for an opportunity to stay in a casita, guest quarters or home in Scottsdale, N. PHX, or P.V. I am a single white male, responsible & ethical human being. I am going through a divorce transition and have a child that is disabled that will stay with me not more than 1-2 out of the week for joint custody, however most nights will be at his mom's home in north Scottsdale. I am trustworthy and have personal references. I appreciate any opportunities to save some money and be frugal. I can pay $600 per month for my rent or we can discuss win-win opportunities. I truly appreciate any opportunities. I will collect your mail, take out trash, feed pets, care for plants and monitor pool cleaning.
