I am meticulous, manage people and company's brand/marketing successfully, and have a rental property myself, so I know exactly what needs to be done - from plants and trees, pets, mail, lights/shades, running the water/flushing the toilets (depending on how long you're gone), to the contents of your fridge, heat & a/c, light housekeeping, and more. I love fauna and flora. I am smart (common-sense & academically), honest and upfront (I treat others as I'd like to be treated & no BS), and have high-confidence, low ego.
