Who I Am: Nice to meet you! My name is Maria Villenas, I am a Realtor with 14 years of experience, and I am searching for a house sitting provider position in my primary area of specialty: Inner Loop and North Harris County, but will travel to other areas if needed. I have owned 2 homes myself in the inner loop and Spring, and until 5 years ago, I had a happy marriage of 25 years--complete with pets, plants and extended family. I am an empty nester now and I am giving it my all again. Thus far, I have been doing bucket-list volunteering and fun jobs on the side, which is why I am seeking this opportunity. I am a natural born caregiver and nurturer. Services And Training: I have experience in social work, education, and entrepreneurship. I also know the basics, like cleaning, cooking, and pet care. In my life endeavors I have done professional cleaning and home healthcare, and that is not all. The truth is that I love learning, so I have learned all kinds of things during my lifetime. On top of this, I have time, personal transportation, and references. As a Realtor, I have extensive experience with homes, including home staging and overseeing new construction. Now, with the House sitting, I hope to get closer to the home, the neighborhood, the people, since I really never get to live in the homes I have for sale. It would be another level of service to potential customers and their referral network.
