House Sitter in Altamonte Springs, Florida

I have plenty of experience taking care of my houses. I used to own 2 houses here in Sanford. In June I sold one because the city wanted me to hire a GC and a Roofer to do repairs I was almost finished with. With the extra money I bought a truck and a trailer, and an small cheap sail boat (that I am planning on fixing and taking it to Lake Monroe). Birds will be a first for me. Everything else, including housekeeping, taking care of pets, etc., is not. I love dogs but only have 2 cats now. I own a few lawnmowers, and take good care of my house. Not afraid of working hard. I'm kind of a perfectionist. Like I said, I'm taking online courses and with my laptop, I can go work anywhere.
