House Sitter in Homer, Alaska

Resume Summary: I run my own non-profit school, and I teach online. I am a digital nomad and I have students and friends in Homer I want to acquaint with over the winter. I am looking for a live-in situation for anytime after September 1 through whenever. I am willing to negotiate/trade my services, and I am more than willing to pay a portion of the utilities and usage costs, etc. I will tend to anything and everything... very well. I have been a pet parent for over 40 years and my pets live long healthy, happy lives. My two cats are older and non problematic in any way. Hygienic good cats. Services And Training: I caretaked my elderly parents for the past 8 years. They both passed away early this year so I'm exploring the world and deciding where to live. I am EXCELLENT at maintaining a home in every way. I was a homeowner for years myself. I have a Ford 350 Diesel pickup with a powerful engine and lots of power. I can haul stuff and do whatever you need. I come from a family of plumbers and I have some plumbing experience, but mostly I am a domestic god. I don't really date anymore, I'm gay and single and don't drink. I teach meditation and shamanic practices at my school. I am civic minded and trustworthy. I can provide personal references galore. I am waiting for travel restrictions to lift as I will be going to Australia for 6 months as my next step in life. Contact me with any and all questions and concerns and offers.
