A list of services I can provide for short term or long terms trips are: Exterior: Lawn, landscaping, and irrigation checks. Security and damage inspections, mail/newspaper and garbage collection, as well as plant watering. Interior: Clocks, a/c thermostat, lights, and smoke detectors checked. Undersink moisture, refrigerator temp, water heater checks. Run faucets, showers, dishwasher, washing machine, garbage disposal, and flush toilets. Extra services upon request: Grocery shopping, basic vehicle maintenance (start car, charge battery), a/c filter replacement, well maintenance, and overseeing contractors.
