House Sitter in Temecula, California

Hello! My name is Erin Perryman and I have been pet sitting for many years. I have done pet sitting all over the U.S as I traveled with my husband and children for 20 years due to my husbands military career. My last job I was living with my friend part time and helping her take care of her ranch. I took care of 4 dogs, 3 cats, a macaw, 2 alpaca, 50 goats, 4 sheep, 3 horses, and alot of chickens. I fed them 2x a day. I gave one of the horses medication and fed him a special feed as directed by the vet. I did also take care of an elderly dog and gave her oral medication regularly. She was on a special diet and needed one on one care. I cleaned the barn and mucked the stalls. I played with the dogs and macaw. They all looked forward to their play time and would run to the pool yard door because they new that was our special place to play. The macaw would chant step up step up because she wanted to get on my arm and go outside. By the end of the stay 3 dogs were sleeping with me every night and the macaw was very attached to me. When she was out of her cage she followed me around the house. This macaw did not like other people. The horses would come running when they saw me. It was amazing. This is the job that made me realize I am made to work and take care of animals. If you would like to give me a chance you will not be sorry. I live in Temecula CA. and I am willing to travel for overnight stays. I did take classes years ago to become a vet tech and did get certified in Hawaii. However at the time my kids were younger and my husband was deployed to Iraq. Being offered jobs with long hours I realized I could not be a full-time mom and work the hours being offered in that field. When I moved to California I ended up going back into the beauty industry as I did hair for many years. My children are now adults and leaving home soon. I have a lot of free time. I decided to work for myself and start a new adventure and make pet sitting my career. I know it can be stressful for pet owners to put their pets in kennels for over nights or weekends or even weeks. I treat all my clients pets like they are my own. I myself have 2 dogs and 3 cats. I have had numerous pets over the years such as guinea pigs, ferrets, parakeets, snakes, a rat, bunnies, ducks, and a lizard.
