House Sitter in New York, New York

Hi there my name is Liam. I am an Australian PhD Student in Philosophy at a university in Austria. New York is my home base so house sitting is a great way for me to come back and work in the greatest city on earth. I am hoping to find a house, plant, or pet sitter position in New York. I have lived and worked in New York for seven years and have intimate knowledge of each borough. I've house sat and dog sat in Chinatown, tutored on Roosevelt Island, taught in a high school in Downtown Brooklyn, babysat in Midtown, babysat and tutored in Park , plan sat at NYU, and more. I'm a clean and tidy person, quiet, and very respectful of the homes I care for. I can accomodate my own schedule around my client's needs, as I will be working on my dissertation either from home, a cafe, or a library, pending what suits you best. I'm one of 5 children and grew up with chickens, parrots, cats, dogs, and more. I know New York like the back of my hand: if you need me to catch a train from the Bronx to a bus in Brooklyn to pick something up from Redhook Ikea, then bring it back on the ferry to your house, I can do it quicksmart.
