I’m Brendan. 57 semi-retired and split my time between here and Oaxaca Mexico. I’m available for House Care now through May 31. I have deep roots in the community. I have lived in Kaimukī for 30 years, raised two children through our local public schools and am still active in our successful family business. I rise early and engage in quiet practices either at home or at the beach/park. I work mid day. I eat healthy, mostly plant based, with select animal products. I do cook most meals at home.
