I will consider any US location. My rate varies by situation. I am clean and mindful of what needs to be taken care of in a home and I am capable of handling/meeting problems that might arise in taking care of property/ animals/ plants/ children. I would be more than happy to tend to the needs of your pool, boat, small garden, or a large garden for a reasonable rate increase. I own a late model car so running errands like taking pets to their vet or dog park is no problem. I can provide many character references of those who have seen me create and take care of many homes/projects through the years as well as animal care. You will be contracting a nonsmoker, nondrinker that has passed without difficulty many security checks, including top secret. I work online so I will be available to manage everything properly. I'd love to take care of your home, pets and or plants so that you can be at ease wherever your travels take you! My availability is flexible. Pictures include client friends.
