House Sitter in Oshkosh, Wisconsin

Retired U.S. Air Force Civil Servant following an incredible 31.5 yr career. Now working for the University of Wisconsin Oshkosh Business Success Center as Director, Wisconsin Aerospace Partners. Recently moved from Ohio and looking for a family needing house sitting services for periods from 1 week to 1 month to 6 months. Skilled in performing repair work, house painting, and other minor construction jobs. Will keep the home in immaculate condition while performing basic services, such as, collect mail, trash removal, snow clearing, pet and plant care. Also will perform all interior house cleaning. Married with two boys, now 34 and 29; two grandchildren. My wife remains working in Ohio and taking care of two homes there - one already for sale and one under renovation. I will be living by myself until such time one of our homes in Ohio sells. We have a negotiate offer on a home here in Oshkosh that is contingent upon the sale of one of the homes in Ohio. I currently commute from New Berlin, Wisconsin on a daily basis and would prefer not to do so on a continuing basis.
