House Sitter in Santa Cruz, California

I'm a 60yo woman who lives in NH, and have recently purchased a retirement home in Santa Cruz (it's not completely off the rails, since I did live in the Bay Area for 20 years and all 3 of my sons were born there). While I'm remodeling this sweet home, I'm hoping that I can find some house sitting opportunities instead of staying in hotels. There has been two core theme in my life -- raising my three sons -- and keeping a wonderful home. I'm dependable, trust-worthy -- and have enormous respect for property. I follow directions, and will do what you want me to do -- and track it -- and keep you updated on a regular basis. I'm also very private -- plus, I don't really know anyone in Santa Cruz. I'll take care of your home while I'm making sure my remodel is going well. This is the first time I've done this -- but I really think we both can win.
