I do garbage collection, mail collection and I also collect phone call messages that may come through while your away if need be. Furthermore, I have experience training pets such as cats and dogs. I have house sat many times before for up to 2 months at a time. With that said I typically do live in house-sitting due to the majority of the clients I watch for having needy or insecure pets.
