I am happy to submit to any background check and drug test (at your expense) and I can provide verifiable, trusted references. I have a current TB test results good for a year. Being a house sitter has always been my after-retirement dream. I figure if I'm going to sit at home doing nothing, I may as well make it an adventure by house sitting for others and keeping busy with tasks to be done. My experience has only been with friends and family but I am ready to venture out to share what I offer with the City of Lafayette, IN, and beyond. You will appreciate that I keep your place clean and I do not believe in just "sitting." My specialties while house sitting is the perfect time to handle those tasks clients dread doing such as: • Dusting • Clean out the refrigerator • Clean the inside and outside of the stove • Clean the inside and outside of the microwave • Dusting • Wash walls and baseboards • Water plants as instructed • Wipe down cabinets There's no need to clean before you go because I look forward to providing standard services which include: • Clean up the bedrooms and make up beds • Clean the bathroom(s) • Mop • Laundry • Vacuum You will appreciate that I am caring, a non-smoker, a non-drinker and I have a high standard of integrity. I take great pride in what I do and I aim for no less than 100% satisfaction. I am generally flexible with availability but it is based on whether I have pending reservations as my work speaks for itself and therefore I am reserved sometimes months in advance. My only downside is that I do not provide any type of pet care, gardening or garage cleaning. I look forward to having you not as just a customer but as a repeat client!
