Hi there! My name is Nate Nelson and I am a college student over at the UVU. Currently I am taking time off and am available to house-sit your home. I am in love with all animals and have had years of experience in helping maintain all kinds of animals. When you hire me to House Sit I promise to do the following: 1. Keep your place Immaculate (Unlike other College Students, I promise that I won't have any parties, events or mess prone events. Your home will remain immaculate. I believe strongly in the Boy Scout Principle of leaving your home better than when you found it!) 2. I will keep landscape properly maintained. (As long as all necessary tools are available, I will water plants, mow grass, skim and filter pools and even trim your hedges.) 3. I will treat your pets as my own (I know it can be hard to leave your pets behind on your trips. I promise to provide enough food, water, exercise and of course love, for your animals. I can take care of dogs, cats, birds, and horses. If you have a special animal, I would be happy to help!) 4. I promise to report to you immediatly of any unforseen issues that arise. (I won't take things into my own hands until I get your permission first, i.e. stain on rug) A little bio about me. I grew up in the small town of Bellefonte PA. There my family prided ourselves in breeding dogs. As a kid, it was my responsibility to look after new pups, to feed and water them, and look adorable for any nearby camera. When I was nine our family moved to Arizona. It seemed like in the high heat of the Arizona summer, all of our neighbors seem to vanish. It was then that I first got to house sit my neighbor's property while they were away. Now after living by myself for about four years, I welcome the opportunity to change venues and house sit family and friends, neighbors and strangers. It helps me appreciate other people's worlds. I am a business major currently and i enjoy the entreprenieral spirit. In a nutshell that means I believe in hardwork and creativity. I hope I can bring some of that to you.
