House Sitter in Vail, Colorado

Hello, my name is Ashton. I’m currently living in West Vail working full time with Chase bank in Vail village. I’m looking into finding different living arrangements. This last winter I watched a house for a gentleman that wanted to escape the mountain winter. My responsibilities included snow removal (including shoveling the roof), trash removal, and home maintenance. I also helped the downstairs tenants with periodic needs. I am able to do lawn and garden maintenance too. I’m pretty adaptable and can figure out how to do most things so just name your project. Ideally I’m looking for a place to live. The deal I had worked out with my former client was free rent in exchange for the services, but I’d be willing to negotiate.
