Hi Jen, as you see, my name is Jud. Pleased to meet you! And I look forward to hopefully meeting your cats! I've had a lot of experience in many areas of life and work, and a few years ago when my stepfather died, I decreased my workload in the oilfield and moved to Chase to care for my Mom. I'm now in Penticton, catching up on personal care which I had put on the back burner to help in Chase, mainly hearing loss issues and personal enrichment such as having a social life again. I was renting short term motel room off season, and now have been staying with my Dad because he's the ultimate bachelor, and direly needed his apartment cleaned, organized, and decluttered. It's a helluva task undertaking, to be sure, and I've made incredible headway, which I can continue on days off from watching over things for you, if you'll have me. All the requirements you need met, I can easily accomplish, of course, as they are normal living responsibilities.i am in Kelowna every couple of weeks already so the timing and travel suit well. I'm that guy that incorporates the local dog park into my wanders, just to play with other people's pets, and have befriended the cats in my Dad's neighborhood. Cats dig me, and I love them. Miss my big boy Lenny, who's at Mom's still. I'm a quiet, easygoing, no problems person who likes my coffee and novels, but I'm presentable, outgoing, and happy to meet the people around me. I'm responsible in that I can make decisions in event of any emergency, and organized enough to be aware of any possibilities so that I can prevent them as well. I can come meet you anytime you'd like. Please contact me and arrange a time. I've recently acquired hearing aids, however, text or email is still best, as I'm yet becoming accustomed to the sound tuning. I'm very interested in this opportunity, let's see what your cats think! Thank you, Jud
