Nice to meet you! My name is Jan. I have decades of experience maintaining a home. I offer careful sitting services for your home. I can just go check on your house, feed/walk your dog/s, water plants, take in the mail/packages, etc... or stay there overnight too, depending on what you need, and my prior obligations. I can run errands for you too, like pick up dry cleaning or whatever. A clean (or at least cleanish) home is important to me, if your home isn't clean I will clean it (or at least the part I'm staying in/using) for a fee agreed between us once I see it. If it is clean to start with, it may end up cleaner than it was when you get back at no charge. Your privacy, personal things, and private space are important to me too, so please know that I will not snoop or get into your stuff, or go in rooms or parts of rooms that you don't need me in... which we'll establish in advance.
