Description of Skills: I would enjoy caring for your pets and your home, watering your plants, bringing in your mail, scan/email items to you as needed, arranging any special cleaning & set up of your home for your visit to Hawaii or return home to Hawaii. If you are gone for an extended time & don't have pets, i'll check in on your home for maintenance weekly or more frequently as you desire. I have extensive history in real estate in Hawaii. I have been a homeowner a licensed, insured Real Estate Broker for over 25 years. My children are grown. I have two small dogs, a mini daschund, "Latte" who is 15 yrs young, and Dolce, a Carrin Terrier who is 12 years of age. I am very familiar with the island. Hawaii is "home" to me. You might ask why I am interested in caring for homes when I am a Broker here. I am still working, and yet, I would like to have something more to do. I enjoy pets, have always had them, and love real estate. I have references as needed.
