I am looking to provide homeowners help with their homes, pets and gardens. I have extensive experience working for homeowners in the Hampton Roads area as a part-time sole proprietor for over 15 years, I have always valued customer service. As a business owner operator, I developed quality techniques to remove wallpaper and glue in preparation for quality paint applications. I am now looking to expand my job opportunities as the wallpaper business slows down. I have extensive home improvement experience in my personal home including replacing windows, remodeling bathrooms/kitchen, installation of appliances, painting, installation of flooring, lawn and garden work and general maintenance. I have trained my own dogs earning expert trick titles with AKC and DMWYD. I am a certified therapy dog team handler and have earned CGC, CGCA and CGCU certifications with my dog. Working with pets has been a common thread throughout my life from training dogs using positive rewards to teach foundational behaviors to handling/feeding/training large animals including horses, cattle and swine. Other experiences include garden and lawn maintenance, entomology, sculpting and mold making of original portrait dolls, restoration of pull string talking dolls and toys, collecting dolls, hiking, swimming, camping, painting, and photography.
