Do you want your house to still be standing when you return? Plants to still be green and alive? Animals still breathing? Look no further! Your house will be completely at ease in my company as I keep it entirely entertained in your absence. Sometimes, I sing out loud to no one for my own entertainment. I am more than happy to do even the most menial of tasks such as collect your mail, put the dirty dishes in the dishwasher, and even (gasp) take out the trash. Why am I fully qualified to sit your house I hear you asking? Well, I have managed to keep myself alive for the past 25 years- a feat in and of itself and, I don't even have a house of my own. However, upon learning this morning that housesitting is actually a job that can be partaken, I am ready for the challenge and eager to prove myself worthy of sitting your sacred vessel of abode. Now, before you think this is entirely a joke, let me say I do have an impressive resume including a college degree in hospitality - I graduated Summa Laude- and I am currently employed with The Walt Disney Company. Additionally, I have several animals, all of whom are happy and healthy. (Well my cat dislikes me despite my best efforts but these things can't be helped). Also, I have babysat many children over the years - although I hope if you are leaving for a prolonged period of time you aren't leaving your child with me but you know, to each their own, however, none of these children have ever incurred bodily injury or, even better, died.
