House Sitter in Washington, District of Columbia

I am seeking housesitting or petsitting work opportunities n Washington, District of Columbia, Montgomery County, Maryland, Baltimore, and Northern Virginia. I am an experienced international traveler, therefore am familiar with AirBNB, dorms, rental homes, and other temporary housing expectations. In fact, I was raised by a real estate professional specializing in property management. Because of this, many traveling friends and family have used my house & pet sitting experience to their advantage. I respect the fact I am protecting & maintaining someone's home or their pet (aka family member) during their absence. Several repeat requests so must be meeting approval. Description of Skills: I will take care of the property and am able to handle emergencies, if required. I ask for thorough instructions for your pets so we are all comfortable. So far my love & respect for cats & dogs has been returned. No disapproval by any pets, in fact! I understand maintenance requirements, weather-related preparation and action following snow or hot spells. I do not party, no smoking, and spend my time writing and composing.
