House Sitter in Park City, Utah

I doubt I am your typical house sitter, but one that I would hope you would feel would be optimal. I am 68 years old but in good physical condition and very responsible. I am a retired M.D. and for the time being would like to stay in the area.Although I am open to doing this in Salt Lake City as well. I am selling my house in Pinebrook as it is too large for me. You are welcome to see how I care for my 6000 sq ft house. I would definitely be available after I sell my house but timing and salary is all negotiable. I could primarily house sit and just have my house sitting in a condition to be shown at any time. I have a large driveway that I clear with a snow blower, am an avid gardener, have my own car. Moderately handy with minor repairs. But I do need a house that I can live in full time (or most of the time) while house sitting and it needs to be long term, at least 6 months, preferably a year. But I am somewhat flexible depending on the situation. If I sell my house, what the new buyer does not purchase I will place in storage depending how long the house sitting job lasts. I am not your typical house sitter, but besides wanting to stay in the area(I am an avid skier), I am not sure where I want to move, Park City, Salt Lake City or elsewhere. I thought a long term opportunity to house sit could give me an opportunity to formulate my long term plans. My only caveat is that my son is a very serious music major at the University of Utah and lives on campus and hardly has time to come home during the school year but would stay with me over winter and summer break and would need a grand piano to practice. So if you didn't have one I would want to bring mine. It is on a thick persian style rug so the floor is well protected. My son is also very responsible and spends most of his time playing piano, oboe and composing. He doesn't have parties or even have friends over. He occasionally meets his friends out of the house.
