House Sitter in Austin, Texas

Hello! I am a freelance artist and writer, a part-time homeschooling mother, and an experienced house sitter. I am looking for long term house sitting assignments primarily in the U.S. (for now!). My interest in long term house sitting arises from a desire to explore new places both alone and with my children to gain a deeper understanding of the vast array of human cultures, and earth's natural ecosystems. Housesitting allows us to learn first hand about different parts of the world, and the ways people really live in them. Housesitting also allows opportunities for my children to practice respect, sheperdship, and responsibility. We are currently exploring the United States, while we study foreign options and work on our language skills, with hopes of going abroad next fall!
