House Sitter in Peoria, Arizona

Hey my name is Brian. I am 52 years old and have owned my own house since 1992. I am meticulous about maintenance and care of my properties always improving the value. I have always done my own landscaping, yard work and most DIY projects around the house. I am in Phoenix helping my elderly parents (Married 57 years) with chores, maintenance and care so they don't have to go out during the COVID-19 pandemic. I will likely be here through the summer so I can keep my parents out of stores or anywhere else they should not be as elderly individuals. I have been staying with them a week and trying to avoid contact but need to find a place for myself and thought I would give house sitting a try. I can take care of a property and would like to do it in exchange for a place to live. I have a full time job and work remotely and travel monthly but for now we are not allowed to travel. I can help with pets, yard work or other items. A house or a bedroom/bath is sufficient. Let me know if we can make a win/win relationship. Thank you!
