House Sitter in Berkeley, California

I am a mature woman with 2 dogs planning to visit the Bay Area in January or February for a month. I would prefer the Berkeley area and ideally the house has a fenced yard. I am willing to pay to stay in your house and could also look after your dog (no cats though). My dates are flexible. I used to live in the area and so have many friends who would happily vouch for my reliability and trustworthiness.
