Nice to meet you! My name is Eileen Vanessa Rodriguez. I am a first year graduate student at the University of Michigan. I will be available during the 2018 - 2... school term: end of August until December and January to May. I am a responsible, mature woman with my own home in Tampa, Florida. I currently work full time as a music director, opera singer and vocal coach. I also professionally organize people's homes part time. When I move to Michigan this fall, I will be going to school full time. As a home owner, I know what it means to care for your home. It takes personal sacrifice and effort to be able to save money and purchase your own place. I have also continued to invest in my home by having all three bathrooms in my townhouse renovated. I enjoyed rolling up my sleeves, getting into some small DIY projects such as: painting, putting down contact paper in all my cupboards, installing my own rain gutters, installing a wall mounted cupboard (to store books near my piano), designing and creating my own lighting fixture and changing out light fixtures, switches, door locks and hinges. I think caring for your home while being able to enjoy the comfort it provides will be a win for us both. I would love the opportunity to provide sitting services for your home.
