House Sitter in Schenevus, New York

Greetings and thank you for looking at my profile. My name is Ana, I'm a mature and very responsible 51 years old woman. I have lived in Miami for the past 19 years but in May I left my house purchased a camper van and drove to my sister's farm in Schenevus, NY for the summer time. I'm considering staying here for the winter but would like to find a house-sitting opportunity for the winter months. I'm looking for a property owner that maybe going away for the winter months and needs someone very responsible to take care of their house, plants, pets while they are away. I'm looking for a live in situation and a place to safely park my camper van for the winter months. I'm really not looking for a salary or getting paid, but more like an arrangement were you let me stay for the winter months and park my van in a covered space to protect for the winter cold, and in exchange I will take care of your house, animals, plants and anything else you may need with the utmost care and professionalism. * I have run a business for the past 24 years from my home (now my van) that allows me to work from anywhere, all I need is my computer and I have my own internet. * I have great organization skills, focus to detail & I'm very friendly, responsible, mature and trustworthy. * I have 1 cat and one very small dog that's very old, they live with me in the van and love the country side. I truly love animals and I'm really good with plants. I have been all summer working here at the farm and loving it.
