House Sitter in Los Angeles, California

I have an extremely large range of household duties and chores that I'm offering to provide in addition to the general watching over the home. These include, but aren't limited to: *Any sort of back/front yard upkeep and clean up *Taking any messages or keeping a daily journal of any events or contacts that were made at your residence to provide to you *If necessary, go and buy something of an essential nature that is essential to the scope of house keeping/sitting. *Windows, toilets, mirrors, sweeping/mopping floors, vacuuming, washing and putting away dishes, any extra laundry you'd like done, wiping down surfaces with disinfectant and restocking items. *Go grocery shopping for you if given a list from wherever you desire as I can travel and am competent at following instructions. *I don't have any other commitments or personal responsibilities that I need to do so I'd just be at the house reading, or taking care of work, or watching TV if that's permitted. I take this responsibility quite seriously as it is your home and I'm the one getting paid and therefore trusted to see to it that nothing goes wrong while you're away, and I certainly wouldn't reveal my location or have any kind of visitors over. *Pet needs and care are also something I'm more than happy to do :) Love the fur babies. I know they get sad when their people leave so I'd try to keep their spirits up as much as possible. I have done house sitting for multiple friends and neighbors both just to check in on things, and to stay around the clock until they've returned home. I've never had any issues or accidents or over stepped my boundaries in any way, it's always been a really legitimate endeavor and I am always very appreciative of the work. Due to the Covid I have lost my position as a server at Black Angus steak house and since March 13th have been struggling to pin down a permanent position, so I decided to get into gig work and see where that takes me as I am mobile, and open minded and not "too good" to do anything that some might find beneath them as long as its not degrading or a health/safety risk and there's compensation, I'm going to accept the opportunity. I live in Lancaster, but don't at all mind the driving if there is a bit of a commute that's okay with me, I enjoy my car and don't mind the drive. Let's Connect: Call and I'll respond ASAP!
