Description: Hey there, my name is Cameron & I'm hoping to find a house sitter job opportunity in Contra Costa or Alameda County, California! I'm a Bay Area native who moved to Portugal last November 2022 & am currently in town until the 25th of May 2023 processing my Portuguese Visa application. The unit I was supposed to be subletting in Orinda from March 24th to May 24th turned out to be a scam & took all of my leftover travel funds, so I'm humbly seeking to housesit for anyone who has an immediate availability! I'm willing to work with virtually zero budget if housing accommodations are included as part of the deal (hence the low $20/day cost). I'm a trained chef who loves to cook & keep myself busy with chores, plus I am also a neat freak, so tidying up all day long is one of my favourite things to do. I excel at personal cleanliness & deep house cleaning, pet care, light gardening, food prep (if you would remain on the premises), plus I am an artist & musician so I can provide entertainment if need be. I am completely open from Sundays through Thursdays for all-day/night house sitting & am currently working Friday/Saturday nights as a bartender in Piedmont so I would be available for the daytimes (though overnight accommodations would be appreciated on those weekend shifts too). If acceptable, I would like to stay with my small house-trained therapy dog in your abode for the entire period of March 24th through May 24th or any amount of time in-between & in exchange I will spend all of my time making your home as tidy & well-kept as possible! Description of Skills: I am comfortable with postal collection, trash/recycling removal, plant care, pet feeding, meal preparation, routine maintenance, household shopping, deep cleaning, interior redesign/redecoration, long-term housesitting & more that we could discuss.
