House Sitter in Yazoo City, Mississippi

Hey my name is Mary. My husband and I are Yazoo City based home sitters. We are a team and both have full time jobs (7 am to 5pm). As such, we can feed your animals (excludes snakes and spiders) and check on your house in the early mornings and late afternoons. We can arrange things or turn things on in your house so that is appears "lived in". I have a touch of OCD so if you have a cat, then I must change their litter daily. If you have pets, then please provide a list of "if this occurs then contact person X or go to Y". If you have a security system, I think that is wonderful. In fact, I encourage individuals to obtain such devices (i.e, inside and outside of the house). However, these recordings of my team cannot be publised on the internet or distributed to the general public. I insist that private locations are secured and that a list of "non entry rooms" are clearly specified. To protect ourselves, we will keep an audio recording of every visit.
